Backyard Escape from the coronavirus
Chances are high that your life has already been significantly impacted by the coronavirus. During this unprecedented time in history, in which billions of people are isolating themselves in their homes, people are looking for ways to relieve stress and also entertain themselves. Unfortunately, many people have been unable to do so.
We want to make sure that Utah residents know about a great option – spend time in your yard! “Social Distancing” should be very easy to achieve in the yard, and is a well-known fact that being in nature can help reduce stress. If you have a yard at your Utah property, you should be spending at least a few hours outside every day!
If you don’t have a yard, consider going to a nearby park. Fortunately, the weather in Utah has also been slowly getting warmer. This opens up a wide range of possibilities for things you can do in the yard. Here are some ideas:
- Set up your garden for the year by building garden boxes.
- Play a sport that keeps space between you and your family, like throwing a ball or Ultimate Frisbee.
- Read under a tree on a lawn in the sun.
- Install an outdoor fireplace so you can stay warm during these brisk Utah spring nights.
This list could go on and on. If you need help with any Utah landscaping project this spring, contact us. We’d love to talk about how our Utah landscaping management and employees can help with your desired landscaping project.
And finally, we want to wish all of you the best of luck in managing this crazy pandemic. Stay safe and stay healthy the best you can!
